Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with friends, we went out to supper and then enjoyed this cake, My Pink & Gold Marble Rock Geode cake! I held a couple classes through the Calgary Sugar Craft Guild teaching members how I use acrylic discs and panel fondant. Something that I taught myself awhile ago to get super sharp edges and straight sides. These are the two cakes that I made in the process of showing them how I did it.
