On September 18th, 2016 I had an amazing day. I was an exhibitor at the Calgary Bridal Expo. For the last couple months I have been designing and creating wedding cakes that I am passionate about and in love with and on Sunday I got to show them to the world. Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with friends, we went out to supper and then enjoyed this cake, My Pink & Gold Marble Rock Geode cake! It was chocolate cake on the top tier and white chocolate cake on the bottom tier, both with vanilla buttercream.
