Watercolor Birthday Cake

A friend of mine at work has a gluten allergy, she likes to eat cake but always feels in pain after. So when her birthday was coming up I wanted to make her a gluten free cake that she could enjoy every bite of if she pleases herself. So I made her a vanilla gluten-free cake with white buttercream. Hand painted with an edible watercolor and her name in fondant. She loved it which made me happy!! Happy 40th Birthday Michelle!
