Sharp Edges

I held a couple classes through the Calgary Sugar Craft Guild teaching members how I use acrylic discs and panel fondant. Something that I taught myself awhile ago to get super sharp edges and straight sides. These are the two cakes that I made in the process of showing them how I did it. The first night they all wanted to see how I did my other chalkboard cake, so I did a chalkboard cake with love in a banner over a feather imprint to give it a little extra
